Human Resources Manager

Job Description

RCX Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to support and strengthen our day-to-day HR operations.

This role is suitable for someone who is confident in managing people, keeping HR matters organised, and ensuring the team follows through on important tasks. It is a 6 months contract role with opportunity to convert to full time.

YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with the Head of HR and help manage the HR function across RCX Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Leading and supporting the HR team

✅ Overseeing daily HR operations

✅ Ensuring HR documentation and employee records are properly maintained

✅ Supporting employee relations and disciplinary matters

✅ Monitoring attendance, leave and payroll-related administration

✅ Supporting managers with HR and people matters

✅ Ensuring HR policies and SOPs are followed

✅ Improving HR processes where needed

✅ Following up on pending HR matters and deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

5+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Attention to detail and good judgement

Package:

RM 8,000 - RM 8,500
